Xichang XX mining company commissioned me to design and manufacture Teflon Shell and tube heat exchangers for the company, the specific technical requirements are as follows. 

1.The main process requirements; the company mixed acid liquid heating process.

2. Teflon heat exchanger adopts 50 square heat transfer area, PP material for Shell and tube, and Teflon capillary tube for capillary.

3. The operation mode of Teflon heat exchanger is introduced. The process uses teflon capillary to run hot water, PP shell to run mixed acid, and teflon capillary to heat acid liquid.
