2, the electric heater can be fixed by Groove side, fixed by groove wall, hanging on the pole, and so on. 

3. Pay attention to the three-phase balance when connecting all electric heaters. Do not connect the 220V or 380V power supply wrong, and must be safely grounded through the earth leakage switch.

4, the installation of electric heater should be maintained between a certain distance, if close to each other easy to overheat burn. 

5. Make sure that the heating part of the Tube (under the red line) is immersed in the solution, otherwise the heater will be damaged by dry burning. In the production process, the liquid medicine should be added in time to maintain the calibration level. 

6, heating process, can not be taken out of the electric heater from the liquid, should be a few minutes to remove the heater after complete cooling. 

7. When heating high concentration solution, the electric heater must be removed from the bath liquid and washed with water when it stops working to prevent the solution sediment from crystallizing and caking on the electric heater at low temperature, otherwise, the electric heater will be damaged due to poor heat dissipation
